BX12 CVK

BX12 CVK is one of our Volvo B9TLs fitted with Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 bodywork. It joined the Faresaver fleet in 2017, following a career in London with First London and later Tower Transit.

New in May 2012, BX12 CVK originally entered service with First London as VN36293, based at Atlas Road. It spent its early years working across the London network before First London’s CentreWest operation was transferred to Tower Transit in 2013. The bus retained its VN36293 fleet number and continued operating in London under its new operator.

In 2017, BX12 CVK left London and made the journey west to join us at Faresaver. Before entering service with us, it was converted from its original two-door configuration to a single-door layout at Mardens in August 2017. It then became one of a number of ex-London Volvo B9TLs to join our fleet.
