Feb 2022 - MyMobileTicket - Update 01/02/22

It has come to our attention that mobile tickets previously supplied by MyMobileTickets/GoStrada can no longer be downloaded or activated. This is despite assurances from mymobiletickets that tickets would be valid for 90 days beyond 16th January.
Anyone who has an existing Monthly ticket or unused trips/days from ticket packs should set up a new account with myTrip, link available on our homepage, and purchase new tickets for future travel.
Please then contact us on enquiries@faresaver.co.uk providing details of the unused ticket, name of the account holder along with a screenshot of the tickets held in your wallet. We will arrange for a transfer of these tickets or unused days/trips to the myTrip App. This may take a couple of weeks to process and so if you need to travel sooner than this a new ticket will need to be purchased in the meantime.

Any passengers with termly or annual tickets should also contact us on enquiries@faresaver.co.uk Please state the service you use along with expiry date of ticket so we can transfer tickets onto the new platform.
